近日雨水綿綿。不過上星期六(6月8號),天公造美,楷和醫療得以繼續做有意義的事。今次楷和團隊獲邀出席喺西九文化區藝術大草坪進行嘅超慢跑活動。「超慢跑」嘅跑步速度以「輕鬆」為原則,能鍛鍊全身肌群、消耗熱量達到瘦身效果,另外還能幫助降低膽固醇和血糖。呢個運動強度低,從3歲至93歲、男女都適合!
急症科專科梁玉鸞醫生除咗加入肌肉挑戰活動,更為參加者分享有關營養、肌肉健康及運動知識,傳授「超慢跑」秘訣,讓參加者喺肌肉同知識上都輕鬆增長。
