早前一位有心臟毛病的年長病人，於外遊時因忘記帶藥，不幸病發身故。即使在港期間有定時覆診，而藥物亦能有效控制病情，可惜偏偏就是因爲一時疏忽，在外地撒手人寰，實在令人惋惜。是次案例其實亦提醒我們，長期病患者有一些生活上的細節是絕對不可疏忽，由其是患有心臟疾病的人士。頃刻的心臟問題足以關乎性命，在此分享幾個心臟疾病患者可能會疏忽的生活細節，尤其是年長患者，希望日後可以多加留意。
